The technical foundations underneath organic growth

Content earns rankings; technical foundations decide whether it can. We handle the layer most SEO vendors talk around: crawlability, speed, structured data, and migration safety. And we report on it in language your leadership will understand.

Where we fit

We're the engineering half of SEO

Most SEO advice you've received was probably about content and keywords. That advice is useful, but it sits on top of a technical layer: can search engines crawl your pages, do they load fast enough to rank and convert, does your markup tell machines what your pages actually mean? When that layer is broken, content investment leaks. When it's sound, everything built on it works harder.

That layer is engineering work, and it's where we live. We're happy to work alongside your content team or agency; we make the foundation they're building on solid.

The work

Four kinds of engagement

Diagnose

Technical SEO audit

Crawl analysis, log-file review, indexation health, canonical and redirect hygiene, structured data coverage. Delivered as a short, ranked, costed report: ten findings with clear stakes, not two hundred without them. Each fix names its owner and its expected result.

Accelerate

Core Web Vitals remediation

We profile from field data, find what's actually slow (usually scripts, images, and fonts, in that order), and fix it at the source. Then we set up monitoring so the next regression is caught in days, not quarters.

Protect

Migration & redesign safety

Redesigns are the most common self-inflicted SEO disaster. We benchmark before, map every URL, diff the staging crawl against production, and watch Search Console daily through launch. Rankings survive the move.

Alongside any redesign

Compound

Ongoing SEO stewardship

Monthly technical upkeep inside a fractional partnership: crawl monitoring, structured data as content evolves, performance budgets enforced, and a standing answer to "will this hurt our SEO?" before you ship, not after.

Trust, earned the boring way

What we won't do

SEO has a trust problem, and it was earned. Here's where we draw lines.

  • No guaranteed rankingsNobody controls Google. Anyone promising position one is describing their marketing, not their method. We promise measurable foundation improvements and honest attribution of results.
  • No link schemesPurchased links and private blog networks are rented risk. They work until they very much don't, and the penalty lands on your domain, not the vendor's.
  • No thin content at scaleA thousand generated pages nobody wants to read is how sites earn algorithmic suppression. We'd rather help you publish twelve pages people actually cite.
  • No unreadable reportsIf a report needs a translator, it's a prop. Ours are one page, in plain language, with numbers you can check yourself.

Reporting

Every month, three questions answered

Our reports are one page. They answer: what changed, what did it do, and what are we doing next. Numbers you can verify yourself in Search Console and your CRM, because reporting you can't verify is just storytelling.

what changed
Every technical change we shipped, in one line each, with a link to the work.
what it did
Vitals from field data, indexation and impressions from Search Console, conversions from your analytics. Verified, never estimated.
what's next
The ranked backlog, re-sorted by what the data now says matters most. You see the reasoning, and you can veto anything.
